Do I need to register to shop?
Yes. All users, including employees, dealers and distributors, must create an account before placing an order.
Once you submit the registration form, Donaldson management team will review and verify your details.
- You will receive an email notifying you whether your registration has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a login link.
- Click the link and then log in using your credentials to start shopping.
- If rejected, the email will include the reason for rejection. You may correct the details and submit a new registration request.
What is the Wishlist?
The Wishlist allows you to save products you want to purchase later.
- Click “Add to Wishlist” on any product.
- You can view saved items under My Account → My Shopping → Wishlist.
- Adding an item to your Wishlist does not reserve stock. If the product goes out of stock later, it may no longer be available for purchase.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity unless specifically mentioned on the product page.
What are the various ways of checking out from the shopping cart?
You can complete your purchase in the following ways depending on your requirement:
1. Personal Checkout (Instant Payment)
- This option is for direct purchases.
- You can make payment instantly using the payment gateway.
- Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI and other supported options.
- Once payment is successful, your order will be confirmed automatically.
2. Official Checkout (Purchase Order / Approval Based)
- This option is intended for official or organizational purchases.
- You can submit your shopping cart for approval to generate a Purchase Order (PO) through your internal process.
- The shopping cart will be reviewed and approved as per the organization’s approval workflow.
- Once approved, the order will be confirmed and processed for fulfilment upon receipt of the PO.
How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
You can also verify your order by:
- Clicking “Track Order” on the homepage, or
- Checking the My Account → Orders section.

When will my order be shipped?
If the items are in stock, your order will be shipped within 1–3 working days from the date of order placement.
Can I place an order for international delivery?
Yes, international shipping is available.
- Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
- Shipping charges vary depending on the destination.
- Any import duties, taxes or customs charges in the destination country must be borne by the recipient.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, but only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

- Any difference in shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly.
- If the shipment has already been dispatched, address changes will not be possible.
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, re-shipping and return charges will be borne by the customer.
How can I track my order?

- Logging into My Account from the homepage, where all current and past orders are displayed.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed terms.
Will I receive a user manual with the product?
Yes. If the product requires instructions for use, an instruction manual will be included in the package.
